To ensure the safety of the staff and quality of the product, Dublin employs a full-time safety inspector to continually examine the handling processes of all commodities.
Co-operating with federal safety regulations,
Dublin facilities are created to promote a secure
and injury-free working environment.
In addition to regular employee training, Dublin has
an on-staff certified mechanic to maintain its fleet of
state-inspected vehicles and equipment. This ensures a seamless transaction with customers, helping maintain Dublin’s excellent tradition of reliability.
Our record low Experience Modification Rating (EMR) is held by making it mandatory for our employees to attend our safety and training policy seminars, a minimum of twice per year, covering:
- Forklift and Loader Safety
- Scrap Plant Safety
- Heavy Equipment Training and Safety
- Work Area Safety and Housekeeping
- Safety Equipment (Protection Gear)
- General Safety for All Employees with Plant Tour
